The hotel offered a great location for skiing, with lifts just a stone's throw away. The food was very tasty with a good selection of dishes. Another plus was the helpful staff and warm atmosphere.
The rooms were quite small and cramped. there were no efficient heaters available, which made it difficult to dry our clothes.

the hotel was situated near everything I needed, such as renting stores, ski passes, and great lunch options. My newly refurbished room was spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed the hearty mountain food served daily. the wine list was impressive, with fair prices. the service was excellent, and the staff incredibly helpful. the ski room was equipped with a boot dryer, and I was delighted by the stunning view of the mountains.
The Wi-Fi service was suboptimal, and I experienced some difficulties staying connected.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, just steps away from the ski slopes. You can literally ski across the stream and be back at the hotel in no time. The location is perfect, well away from the busy center, but still near everything you need.
All was great, nothing to complain about.

Located near the slopes and lifts, which made skiing easy. the festive decorations added to the Christmas spirit.
The food was average at best, with limited options for vegetarians. the staff seemed disinterested and the room was small and cramped.

The hotel was incredibly convenient, located just a few steps away from everything that was important to us. We were able to easily access the rental store, the center of Cervinia, a great restaurant for lunch, and the main ski slope. It felt like we were right in the heart of all the action. The rooms were newly refurbished and felt more like 4-star accommodations compared to other mountain locations we've stayed in. The balcony overlooking the slopes provided a stunning view that added to the overall charm of the hotel. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were particularly impressed by the chef's involvement and the care he showed when one of our group got injured while skiing.
All was great, no improvements needed.
